The Story
Monique Rodriguez started Mielle Organics in her kitchen in 2014 after her own natural hair journey. Trained as a registered nurse, she approached formulation with a scientist's rigor and a mother's love. Today Mielle is one of the fastest-growing Black-owned beauty brands in the country.
